Any way to access a HELOC with crappy debt to income ratio?

Hi All,

Against the good advice I've heard from the BiggerPockets community over and over, I up and quit my W2 to dive full-time into investing. (Sigh.) I've accumulated healthy equity on all 3 of my properties in WA state, but can't figure out how to get it out to put towards the next investment. Are there any HELOCs or other options for accessing equity that aren't reliant on DTI (debt to income)?

Thanks in advance!
