Live outside the US have investment Property in the USA

Posted

Hello, my wife and I have been living in Sydney Australia. We have an investment property ( residential home in PA) that is fully paid for.  We are looking to buy additional investment properties in the US.  Any suggestions on lenders that would advance on equity on the existing investment property and provide funding based on income/earnings strean in Australia not in the US?

@Michael L. Shandler

There are a couple lenders that my foreign partners have used for purchases and I believe they offer refinancing but not aware of the terms, DM me and I can send you their info.

Hi Michael

Also based in Australia and just going through a refinancing process with Lendai.  They seem good, but we haven't finalised yet (admittedly this is because we are a bit slow in providing all the info they need).

thanks

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

Wondering if you had an update on your refinance journey with Lendai, how did it go?
