Need financing ideas for several properties for a newbie

I have a great opportunity to purchase several (5 to 10) single family homes for long term rentals. The lease contracts would be with a large global business so it’s a very reliable/steady rent income. ($350k homes at ~$2,500 monthly rent)

When I inquired at better.com mortgage company, they want 15% down on each property, But I only have about $10k total to put down…

—> Any creative ideas for making this happen?

I just joined and have zero experience, so go easy on me :P
