Off-grid Cabin Financing

Hi everyone!

Anyone have experience getting financing for a cabin that’s off-grid?

I'm considering buying a vacation/STR cabin near Yellowstone and many of the cabins either have no electricity or no septic (only an outhouse). I'm assuming a local lender is the best route but curious if anyone has experience with this and how different the financing is in terms of rate, down payment, etc. Thanks!
