What Loan terms are good for partnership
I have a great source of money. They would lend to me in a heartbeat. What are some terms that I can approach them with? We are in Texas.
I need 50k to rehab a property. When rehab is done I will be all in for 110k and arv will be 195k
I paid cash for the property so after the rehab I will refinance it.
