How do i get Stop gap funding?

Hi

I'm looking for a quick stop-gap funding to pay back late (tenant had Covid and didn't pay. Late on my private loan) so I can cash out refi and pay you back. I have the refi lender ready and need to deal w the outstanding in g payment so it's clear. Thanks
