Conventional verse Commercial Loan
Hi Bigger Pockets, I own two duplexes (both were purchased in an LLC). I have managed to fully pay down the original loans and both properties are now debt free. I want to leverage the equity to purchase additional properties. I am curious to hear what type of cash out refinancing folks recommend at this point. Since the properties are owned by an LLC am I stuck with having to deal with a commercial loan? Can I use a conventional loan? Would appreciate any recommendations.
Thanks,
Mike
