Alterntice passive income

This post is just to put out there that you should always be thinking outside the box when it comes to passive income.

I’m a big fan of real estate investing and especially multi family properties.

Recently I got into commercial investing when I purchased land and built a building for my own office/practice.

Some recent alternatives we’ve used to supplement real estate investing include: Turo.com, and neighbor.com.

We used neighbor.com to rent out the extra land for people to store things on until we develop the rest.

TURO.com has been a great way to rent out my extra vehicle (but you could use this for your primary vehicle as well if you had another mode of transportation such as public transit, Bike etc.).

Always think outside the box and provide value and you’ll be compensated handsomely!
