Cash out Refi in Michigan
I bought a house in Hazel Park Michigan January of last year for $87k.
My debt is $60k at a 5.5% rate with Lima One Capital.
Current home value is $145k.
I'm looking to refi for a better rate and cash out 30 to 40k.
Any advice on banks the best Banks or Credit Unions to accomplish this?
Thanks!
