Help with putting less than 20-25 percent down on a rental
Hi everyone, I am very new to investing and I recently just bought my first duplex! I am very excited and ready to start my journey. I used the 3.5 percent first time home buyers loan with owners occupancy. I have another couple properties I am looking at and I plan on partnering with another person. He has bought a lot more properties than me so the question is, does anyone know a way around putting less than 20 percent on a rental property even after using my own occupancy loan on my first property? Keep in mind, I have not yet fully closed on my first deal yet.
