Manufactured Home Refi (Own the Land)

Hi All,

Looking for advice / Lenders who lend on Manufactured homes (has HUD plate, built after 1976). Not a mobile home. Has a crawl space. We'll own the land. We're closing June 11th, it's May 26th, buying either cash or with a PML w/ lien on the title. In today's market we doubt we'd have time to switch over to a purchase mortgage w/o having the seller walk to the next best offer. So we could structure it as a cash out refi or a rate term refi. We have done this several times on SFH stick-builts for investment properties, never for a Manufactured home.

Thanks in advance.

Nick
