How do I pull this off? Commercial property construction question
Hello All,
I currently have control of multiple pieces of property that can hold apartment buildings. I have been a GC for 25 years and have relationships in place to build for 33% less than market. My problem is capital for the down payment. Is there a way for me to package my deals so that I could obtain financing using the land I control and my favorable building costs as my equity input? I understand I'll have to get creative here, but it seems like it is doable.
Thanks for any and all suggestions,
Will
