National Rehab Lenders?
I'm new to the property flipping biz (yet to purchase a property...only doing research) and looking for assistance with a financing question.
I can qualify for conventional financing easily, but I have limited funds available in cash reserves to handle closing costs + property improvements.
I've found a few national rehab lenders online and wanted to get any feedback from anyone that has used such a lender?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
