How to raise capital ?

I’m a young investor ? I’m 26 years of age. I work an average day job 8-4 and I’m looking to expand my real estate business but I don’t have enough capital to effectively be aggressive in real estate. My short term goal starting out is to replace the income from my secure job with a cash flow of 3k-5k a month that way I can stop trading my time for money and really grow and scale my business. How can I raise capital ?
