How to Tranfer a Commercial Mortgage to a Personal Residential

Jeremy Kreer
Posted

Hello, I really need some help with a situation I have. I need to get a commercial mortgage I have under one of my LLC companies into a personal residential mortgage. The challenge is on paper I show I don't make money. So I don't think I would qualify for a standard mortgage under me personally. I was considering having my long time girlfriend buy it? She's already in my will we just didn't want to get married. Is this the best option to have her purchase it from my LLC? Thanks for your time and consideration.
