Offset / life changer loans in US
Has anyone heard of an offset loan in the USA? They are common in Europe and Australia. I know that there is a Life Changer Loan in the US but I am not sure if that is the same.
I have some questions:
1) If they are as good as they sound, why isn't everyone doing it here in the US?
2) How much interest in accumulating overnight?
3) Can anyone suggest any lenders (eg credit unions) that can offer an offset loan?
