What’s the best strategy to find owner financing deals!?

Hi everyone!

I have two rentals currently and about to close another single family home and a 4 unit. I’m looking to grow as fast as possible and I believe owner financing is my best option.

What’s the most effective strategy for finding owner financing deals??
