Buying property with a Lien on it in NC

So there’s a property in Nc that I’m looking to wholesale but have a title issue. They did a title search and seems there’s a heloc on the property of 10k. The seller had bought the house like 10 years ago with cash. It seems like the previous owners took a Heloc and was supposedly paid off. They are also deceased now. It seems that the bank doesn’t exist anymore , wellsfargo bank would be the ones who would have the loan but seems they can’t find it either. What can I do ? Just take subject to existing lien ? Quick claim ? Or lease option?

Hope someone can help thanks
