What is the best way to finance a housing development.
I own 6 acres in Silsbee, Texas outside the city limits. The land is cleared and city water and sewer is available. I would like to build single family dwellings about 1,200 sq ft per unit . What are sources of financing that I could explore. I own the land outright and have $100,000 seed money. Please advise.
