Getting started with no down payment
How do you start with no money down? I want to start a rental company but need recommendations on where to start for funds.

If you are able to structure a creative financing deal with little or no down payment that is great but make sure you still have reserves for repairs and the inevitable issues that happen when you own real estate. I believe that purchasing a small multifamily 2-4 units and living in one and renting out the others is a great way to start since you are able to qualify for a low down payment ~3%.
