Can I get a second FHA Loan ?

I bought my first property in Texas 3 years ago y lived there and not i have it on Airbnb

I moved to Buffalo NY last year and im planning on buying a house this year (Multifamily unit )

My question is can i get a second FHA Loan, my understanding is that i can only have one but i was told that if you moved because of a job change and is at least 100 miles away i could bet one?
