Does CC debt count against DTI for Refinance?
I borrowed significant $$ (0%) from CCs in September and put that cash against my 2nd mortgage ($100K, 30 Yr @ 5.375%), I am on my way to pay off the 2nd mortgage by Mar '21. And then it will take me another 6 mos to completely pay off the CC debt. (I only paid 3% balance transfer fees amounting to $1800, and in return saved $95K of interest on that 2nd mortgage)
I want to refinance my first mortgage, will the lenders count CC debt against by DTI for refinancing in April '21? Will I have to wait till Sept '21 (all CC debt paid to 0) to refinance in order to get better refi deal?

This is a question that seeks to qualify you for a refinance mortgage. As such, you should ask your lender(s) directly, using your financial specifics.
The forums are great for a lot of questions, but this is very specific to you. If people on the forums think the answer is yes, and are wrong, then that does nothing to obligate a lender, it is only speculation. And if people on the forums think the answer is no, and are wrong, then you could be missing out on an opportunity. If you don’t ask, you don’t get.
