Seeking opinions/ references to resources
I am a newbie investor in the Buffalo NY area. I have seen some listings that say "owner is willing to hold mortgage". I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this, as I do not have all the requirements to get a mortgage in my name. My plan was to buy my first property in 2021 and start investing and was considering pitching holding the mortgage with a little extra to incentivize the owner. This is short term as I plan to purchase the home from the owner eventually and using the BRRRR method, I would renovate then refinance the property.
Any advice or video references covering this?
