Hello All,
This is my first post of many!!!
My wife and I are looking to purchase to her deceased grandmother's property. We are interested because its a property that (2) two bedroom apartments and 3 storefront underneath. One of the storefronts is currently occupied by a barbershop that income would go to the owner. We see this as a high cash flow property. The executor of the estate would like to keep the property in the family and we are stepping up.
We are ready to put down an offer on the property to start our journey but we are looking for the right loan and lender. The building needs work in the unoccupied apartments and storefronts. We just need to know what is the best loan and who can help out. We currently own the house we live in now and we aren't looking to downsize to an apartment.
Anyone out there have suggestions for us to purchase this property?
