Loan for Monolithic Dome House

We are looking to build a monolithic dome house on land we own outright. It would owner-occupied with no renting. Finding a bank willing to finance this has been difficult due to appraisal requirements. Does anyone have any tips or ideas for how we can get a bank to finance a more unusual house like this? Thanks!
