Creative Financing - Who can get the job done?

Alex Salzman
Posted

I'm consistently running into issues with traditional financing. The limitations of Fannie/Freddie are black and white and their perspective is terribly rigid. Where do I look to find a lender who can see and understand the whole picture and work with me on deals?

Where are you getting hung up on this financing? What types of investments are these? If the property is in bad condition you will have a hard time getting approved. I've bought many foreclosures and had to buy with private money and fix it up BRRRR style and then refinance.
