Getting my first down payment

I've been looking at getting my first rental property for a while now (maybe a few years). I've fixed my credit score (now above 760 and I'm pretty proud of it). I think the only think stopping me now is saving for a down payment. I'm having a lot of trouble trying to save for the expected 20% down payment on my first properties. Does anyone know any ways to either speed my progress besides cutting costs in my daily life (not because I don't want to, but because I've already done it)? Any input is appreciated. Thank you, guys!
