Analyzing deals with private money or seller financing

Hello real estate investors,

I am a newer investor and am currently unable to put a property in my name and don’t have enough capital to buy on my own.

What I am attempting to do is analyze deals with seller financing or private money in place of a mortgage. I am just getting stuck on the what those numbers would look like.
