Getting Financing For My Properties

Hi guys,

I'm a non-USA citizen (no social security number) and own 3 properties in LLCs in Atlanta. I wanted to check is there any way I can finance these?

I'm going to be in USA in 2 weeks and I plan on meeting banks to see if I can get these financed.

I understand this maybe difficult given

1) Theya re held in LLC
2) I'm a foreigner with no credit history

Any tips from people in similar situations on how to get these financed?

I have capital to invest but ideally with 30 year bond yields at historical lows I'm trying to financing my places I bought in cash so I can redeploy the capital and purchase more.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Tim
