Best way to get started into real estate
Hello,
I am new to real estate! I have never flipped or rented a property. I have bought a couple property's, lived in them and sold one. Currently living in the second property I have bought with a VA loan. I want to create passive income. So renting properties is what I want to do. Although I am not against flipping properties! My question is,
what’s the best loan I should use being brand new into real estate for renting VS flipping?
I always see/hear about getting loans and not using any of your own money. Is that true? If so? What type of loan companies and loans should I be researching?
Thank you for your time
