Personal Line of Credit

My husband and I are looking to get an unsecured personal line of credit. We're located in the Hampton Roads area of VA. Any recommendations of banks to use? Some banks aren't offering them right now due to the uncertainties of COVID but we're hoping to find one that still does around our area. Thanks for your help!

@Monica Cunningham About 1.5 years ago, I went to 8 banks in 1 week in Atlanta and got 4 different unsecured lines of credit. Pound the pavement, you got this!
