VA Home Loan House Hack Question

Hey everyone, I'm looking into using a VA Home Loan to purchase a duplex for no money down, live there for a year, then either rinse and repeat, or buy a house more friendly to a family of 4 like I have.

When we hit the 12 month mark and we look to purchase another property, would I be able to do another 0% down VA home loan, or would I have to refinance the existing property into something more conventional to get my entitlement back to do 0% down again?
