Seeking Creative Lending Solution for Mobile Home Park in PA

We currently own a small 10-unit mobile home community in PA. We are searching for a lender to consolidate a few loans and place on the asset. Although we can find some financing through conventional banks, the banks seem to shy away from this type of asset, or they do not understand the asset or its value. Can anyone recommend a lender that specializes in mobile home park loans?
