Unconventional Rehab Financing

Mia Williams
Posted

Hello! Looking for suggestions. I have a home that was originally going to be my personal home but I’ve now decided to flip it. I have a conventional loan on the property and am having a hard time securing financing for the rehab. I am not working as I am working on real estate full time and have enough savings to do so. I don’t want to burn through my savings with this rehab. I’ve been getting a hard time from hard money lenders due to the conventional loan already in place.  Any ideas on how to get funding?
