Hello everyone,

My partner and I just filed our LLC (so we're just getting started in the business) and soon as it's approved, we're looking to purchase our first Fix and Flip property through our LLC... My question is, is there anyone that can share with me how that whole process would work; and also where we should look for the financing of the property since our LLC is new with no history of business yet?

We also don’t have too much capital upfront for this first property, we’re looking for creative ways to finance and take advantage of these extremely low interest rates.
