20yr vs 30yr Amortization

I’m sure this has been discussed before, but I would like to see how many of you choose 20yr amortization over a 30yr and why?

Almost all of mine are on 20yr, mainly cause our lenders(including myself) wouldn’t go 30 years. Now even we are starting to go 30 years and wanted to see what others have chosen and why?

Thanks in advance!
