Hello BP Forums.

I have multiple ways I could finance my next Real Estate Investment. Looking to invest in the Fayetteville NC area.

Question? What order would you rank the following? Which of these would be your priority?

1. 401K loan

2. Cash out Refi of rental properties

3. HELOC on primary house

4. HELOC on 2 rental properties

5. Self-Directed IRA

6. Use Credit Cards

7. Portfolio Lender

Let me know what you think and why. Add more if you would like.
