USDA loans? Do you recommend them?

Hi my name is Beverly Lapena, and I just got my real estate license. I have a potential client that is asking about a USDA loan. I’m not too familiar with it so I wanted to get your thoughts on it.

Would you recommend a USDA Loan? How is it different from a FHA or a conventional loan? Any suggestions would help! Thank you!
