Has anyone had any experience with Custom Mtg Inc, NMLS# 1556995?  Trying to find a lender to do a cross collateral loan on raw land.  The NMLS can be verified but can't find much information at all on the company with a Google search.  Scotsman Guide and bigger pockets wasn't helpful either.  Just want to ensure they are truly a legitimate lender before sending my personal info. Even though the NMLS checks out I'm a bit leery when I can't find an abundance of info on a company.
