Help !! Looking for trucker friendly Lenders !!

Hey guys, I have a little problem here I hope you can help me with !

I just started working at a trucking company, and they pay per miles driven. I asked around, as I'm trying to get an FHA loan, lenders don't wanna deal with truckers, because it's considered "self employed" which is not. It's a full time job whether I'm required to do a certain amount of hours or miles per week.

In the case I decide to lease a truck I’ll have to create an llc. And with that, I understand that I have to wait for a year before I can get a loan.

1 - do you know anyone that can help in this situation I’m at ? Are there any lenders that deal with truckers ?

2 - in the case I create an llc, would it help if I claim myself as an hourly employee within the llc, with a salary and a w2 ? How feasible is that ?

3 - if not what other options do I have left to buy a house in the next 4 months ? I know about seller financing but it’s not easy to pull off, sellers tend to be skeptical about that.

Any recommendations are highly appreciated!

I’m from Orlando I have everything in order and a 792 credit score.

Thanks for your time!
