How to start flipping

My husband and I have always wanted to be house flippers. He is experienced in construction, currently working full time. I work in the pharmaceutical industry as a consultant full time, and have just gotten my real estate license with the intent to start investing in real estate for more financial freedom. We have great credit scores, but no money to start with. We don't want to partner with anyone financially. We have about $130k in equity in our home. He qualifies for a VA loan. What would be the best way for us to finance a flip?
