Real Estate Refinancing Overseas

Hello.  New here but long time BP podcast listener. 

I currently have a few properties in the Caribbean with low debt to equity ratios.  In the islands they only offer 15 year variable financing.  I was wondering if anyone knows of any private lenders in the US that would be willing to refinance me at a 30 year fixed.  There is more than 60% equity on the properties and show strong cash flow.  I would rather lock in a rate now long term and increase the cash flow even more.  My only option doing that staying financed locally would be switching to interest only

Any suggestions? Thank you!
