I Need to talk to the right person who can help a retired lady find a home. I live in Florida-St Johns County. Want to move 2 hours South in Florida. Seeking Housing Programs. Currently, Renting house with A Home Owner. He plans to sell this house-but has a lot of repairs to do. Was off work for 2.5 years due to back surgery. He works now again and over FT hours...he has no time to finish house repairs. He cannot hire the work done. He is taking too long to get things in order and work is half done. I want to move long before he finally decides when? to list his house For Sale. Thank you.
