Piggyback loans? And are they as difficult to get as some say?

Hi everyone,

While doing some research I came across the Piggyback, or 80/10/10, loan as an option for those why may not have a whole 20% down payment on a property. I also ready that usually these are only only given to those with excellent credit but have become more common.

Anybody had any experience getting this type of mortgage or any advice they would like to share?

Thank you.
