Seeking an equity share partnership.
We will be the property scout
and provide property identification services.
You will provide the 100% of the acquistion capital
for residential or commercial properties.
We will both own the non-owner occupied investment property on a joint ownership basis.

We are primarily interested in finding properties substantially below market value
through the REO marketplace;
then the property will be purchased and be put up for sale
immediately near market value
so that a profit can be made in a timely manner
when the sale is completed.
The profit will be split between you and us
on a to be determined basis.

If you are investor who is interested in
outsourcing your property identification process
then consider us for that task.
We are open to other suggestions for equity sharing partnerships
