CREATIVE LENDER NEEDED

Hey BP community, my partner and I are trying to purchase our first deal in 2020. Started building our core 4 but still missing a key element, a LENDER. Now i know there’s alot of lenders out there but we have been having trouble finding someone who can help or advice us in our situation.

Partner 1 - Tip worker, makes decent income in cash but low income as it relates to a w2

Partner 2 - Self employed. Again more cash than cheques

Both credit scores are above 750 and can comfortably save a combined 60k yearly to invest in our desired market (Central Florida).

Any lender that can advise us accordingly on how to get approved for a loan or are willing to work with us that would be greatly appreciated!
