Which Hard Money Lenders have you had the most success with? Im looking at some deals and just want to have some recommendations for when I have the deal closed. Who are your favorites and why?

Alpha Funding. Not sure if they do Arkansas though. They are knowledgeable, fast, and only pull your credit once a year.
