Investment loans for foreign nationals

Hello Folks,

I invested in residential properties in FL with cash purchases. 

I am looking at how to use the equity from my properties, such that I further expand my portfolio.

I am not a US resident, and I am interested in developing a business.

Any advice  that could help will be greatly appreciated.
