Hi Everyone!

We are looking to refi an investment property via delayed financing. Our property is based in Fort Lee, NJ and it is a co-op. Most conventional banks have not been able to offer cash-out refi so we are looking at alternative routes to achieve this. Any assistance would be most appreciated.
