How to fund multi property deal?
Hello BP,
I found a package deal that includes 4 duplexes and a triplex. Some are currently rented and the others need to be rehabbed. The problem I seem to be having is that I can't find anyone to fund the deal due to the ARV of each duplex and because it is several properties. The properties are listed at 20k each (100k for all) but was able to negotiated 14k each( 70k for all ). I have 15k to put down but the HML said each property needs to have an ARV of at least 75k and the duplexes ARV is 35k.
Any advice would be helpful
Thanks
